To successfully place an order you will need an e-mail address, an accessible postal address and a successful payment method. Placing an order will require the following steps:

  • Select the item(s) you would like to purchase and add to your basket
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter your email address and shipping address
  • Select your preferred delivery option
  • Enter your payment details
  • Review then submit your order
  • Receive your order acknowledgement via email
  • Receive your order confirmation via email


When submitting an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail. This however does not mean we have accepted your order. Only when we have debited your bank account and your order has been dispatched will the contract between us for the purchase of goods be formed. In the unlikely circumstance we are unable to fulfilled  your order, we will contact you direct via e-mail to discuss the issue.

Whilst we try and ensure all details, prices, descriptions and quantities are accurate and current, errors may still occur. We therefore reserve the right to reject or cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The item is not available / in stock
  • The details you have provided are incorrect or unverifiable
  • We have reason to believe you are reselling our products without prior consent
  • We suspect your order is related to fraudulent/criminal activity
  • We identify an error in the product listing or pricing
  • Due to an event outside of our control (see below)


A pre-order is the reservation of an item which is currently unavailable for sale. An estimated dispatch date will be listed within the product description.

If your order consists of an item currently available and a pre-order item, they will be dispatched separately, however you will only be charged once for delivery.


You must only ever use your own identity and all information you submit must be accurate and current. You must not comment or submit any information which could be deemed abusive, racist, unlawful or which may in any other way cause offence to someone. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these terms and conditions.


We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance due to an event outside our control. This is defined as any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat of preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsided, epidemic or other natural disaster. This also includes failure of public or private telecommunication networks or impossibility of use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. If an event outside our control takes place which affects the overall performance of your order we will contact you direct via e-mail as soon as reasonably possible. At this point our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside of our control. You may cancel your order if an event outside of our control has continued for more than 30 days by contacting us at hello@bleather.uk. We will then refund the full amount you have paid, including any delivery charge.


Bleather. owns all intellectual property rights in the website and in the material published on it. Permission is granted to temporarily download a single copy of the material for personal, non-commercial use only. It is strictly forbidden to modify or copy material from this website for commercial purposes or financial gain.

For EU orders, we ship from Morocco. For other destinations we ship from the closest warehouse to the shipping address, taking into considaration the availability of the ordered products. Import duties may be due, paid to the carrier, according to the destination country's legislation.
VAT / DUTY information - please read
Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay local duty will be refunded LESS any fees, duties or charges payable to get the items back to us.

Sales items:
only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items do not qualify for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected (up to 7 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

You can return or exchange your shoes for 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with all the accessories included and in the same condition you received it.

Please be careful when trying on your shoes at home, since we will need your shoes back in mint condition in order to be able to sell them. We recommend that you try your shoes on a carpeted surface and avoid too much flexing to prevent creasing.

Shipping Returns
All returns must be processed by Bleather, and shipped using our shipping labels only. After your return/exchange is approved, we will send you a shipping label and detailed instructions on how to process it.
This ensures we can track your package back to our warehouse and that we can easily process customs clearance when it applies.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns sent by any other method. Please do not ship directly to our warehouse, as we will not be able to receive your parcel and issue a refund.

If you need an exchange, we will cover the return and shipping costs of your new pair. This is limited to one exchange per order.

Please fill in the return form, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with detailed instructions to return your shoes back to our warehouse.

For multiple exchanges, we will invoice the shipping cost at the rate of 20 GBP/pair in the GBP and 25 GBP/pair in the rest of the world.

If you ordered two sizes and need to return one size, Bleather will cover the return cost.

If you wish to return for store credit, Bleather will cover all the return costs.

You can return your shoes for a refund to the original payment method. In this case, part of the shipment costs are non-refundable, and deducted from your refund.

For European countries orders we will deduct 40GBP per pair from your original payment method.

If we sent you the wrong size/product ordered or if your shoes are in any way defective/faulty we will cover all exchange shipping costs.
If we can’t replace the ordered product, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Unless you received a faulty/defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable.

After filling in the form above, we will validate your request and, send you a shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your shoes for an exchange or refund. This normally takes 1-2 business days.

Please do not ship any items directly to our warehouse without the proper shipping label provided by us as we will not be able to process your return.
